Founded in 1998 by Colin Caygill, Rival Arts has gained a resounding reputation for well managed, creative and imaginative public and corporate events. Since the late 90’s Rival Arts, based at the Metro Radio Arena, Newcastle upon Tyne, has worked with a number of high profile organisations including Durham University, Westmorland Limited, Northern Sinfonia, Newcastle Racecourse, East Durham & Houghall College Royal Scottish National Orchestra and North Country Leisure. In 2008 Rival Arts launched a series of new retail events across the North, designed to encompass the Arts, Crafts, Gifts and Food market in a relaxing, interesting environment.
